This event is designed as an international scientific forum that brings together academics, researchers, students, industry practitioners, startups, and policymakers to discuss, exchange ideas, and build strategic collaborations in the fields of business, engineering, leadership, and sustainability.

In its implementation, this event requires support from various stakeholders, including institutions, companies, and strategic partners. Therefore, through this sponsorship proposal, it is expected that mutually beneficial cooperation can be established between the organizers and sponsors to support the successful implementation of this conference

II. Objectives of the Conference

The objectives of the 2nd BIM BALI Conference are as follows:

The scope of activities of the “2nd BIM BALI (Bali International Meeting on Business, Advanced Engineering, Leadership, and Sustainable Impact)” includes the following:

    Speakers participating in this conference are given the flexibility to deliver their presentations either onsite (offline) at the conference venue or virtually (online) through a designated digital conferencing platform. This hybrid format is designed to accommodate international participation and ensure broader accessibility for speakers from different countries and institutions.

    Speakers who attend offline will deliver their presentations directly at the conference venue and participate in the discussion sessions with participants in person. Meanwhile, speakers who attend online will present their materials through a virtual platform provided by the organizing committee and will be able to interact with participants through live question-and-answer sessions.

    Both online and offline speakers will receive equal opportunities to share their expertise, contribute to academic discussions, and engage with conference participants. The organizing committee will ensure that all necessary technical support and facilities are available to facilitate smooth presentations and effective interaction between speakers and participants in both formats.
