About the Conference
I. Background
The development of the global economy in the 21st century is characterized by rapid digital transformation, technological advancement, and increasing demands for sustainable development. Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, the Internet of Things (IoT), automation, and digital platforms are reshaping industries, organizations, and societies, creating new opportunities to enhance innovation, productivity, and global competitiveness.
At the same time, the integration of business excellence, advanced engineering, effective leadership, and sustainability has become a critical driver of transformation and global impact. Organizations and communities worldwide are facing increasingly complex challenges, including climate change, technological disruption, economic uncertainty, workforce transformation, and the growing need for inclusive and resilient development. Addressing these challenges requires innovative solutions supported by interdisciplinary collaboration among academia, industry, government, and society.
In response to these global dynamics, innovation ecosystems continue to evolve through stronger partnerships between researchers, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, policymakers, and educational institutions. Such collaboration plays a vital role in accelerating technological advancement, fostering sustainable business practices, enhancing leadership capabilities, and creating solutions that contribute to long-term societal well-being.
Therefore, the 2nd BIM BALI (Bali International Meeting on Business, Advanced Engineering, Leadership, and Sustainable Impact) serves as an international platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and the dissemination of research and innovation. By bringing together experts, academics, practitioners, and decision-makers from diverse disciplines, the conference aims to promote transformative ideas and sustainable strategies that drive positive change and create meaningful global impact. In response to these challenges, Bali Internasional Muhammadiyah and iPaymu organizes an international conference entitled:
“2nd BIM BALI (Bali International Meeting on Business, Advanced Engineering, Leadership, and Sustainable Impact)”
This conference carries the theme:
