1. Conference Overview
The BIM BALI Conference (Bali International Meeting on Business, Advanced Engineering, and Leadership Sustainability Impact) is an international academic forum that brings together researchers, academics, industry practitioners, and policymakers to discuss emerging trends and innovative solutions in business, advanced engineering, and sustainable leadership. It seeks to encourage the development of innovative solutions, promote sustainable practices, and strengthen global partnerships in addressing contemporary challenges across business, engineering, and leadership domains.
The conference will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either onsite (offline) or virtually (online).
2. Conference Format (Hybrid Conference)
The BIM BALI Conference will be organized using a hybrid format, combining both onsite and virtual participation to accommodate national and international participants.
Onsite Participation (Offline):
Participants attending onsite will have the opportunity to attend keynote speeches and plenary sessions at the conference venue, present research papers in parallel sessions, participate in discussions and networking activities, and receive conference materials, conference kits, and certificates, as well as refreshments such as snacks and lunch.
Virtual Participation (Online):
Participants attending virtually will join keynote and plenary sessions via an online meeting platform (Zoom), present their research through online parallel sessions, participate in Q&A discussions, and receive digital certificates of participation. All online sessions will be supported by the conference IT team to ensure smooth technical operation.
